Compared to the firmer performance ERGOWAVE® models, the 621 ERGOLUX® active 2.0 offers greater padding volume which makes for softer feeling foam. The dual waves make the supporting surface significantly larger than before, keeping the sit bones from sinking as deeply into the seating area. As a result, the ERGOLUX® does not have the disadvantages that normally come with softer foam.
The following sizing guidelines apply to saddles of the 621 Comfort model range:
- Sit bone distance less than or equal to 12 cm: Saddle width 18 cm
- Sit bone distance greater than 12 cm: Saddle width 21 or 24 cm

ERGOLUX® MORE COMFORT | LESS PRESSURE
The wave-shaped elevation of the ERGOLUX® saddles, stretching from the rear to the front, perfectly matches the shape of the mostly bulbous ischial branches. The enlarged, less punctual contact surface, ensures the best possible pressure distribution.
The first step provides rearward support and ensures improved power transmission to the pedal. The second step optimally supports the ischial branches and distributes the pressure evenly. Due to the lowered saddle nose, the perineal and front area of the pubic bone and pubic arch have more free space.
The proven SQlab active system allows the saddle to follow the pedaling movement, which increases the comfort, relieves the lumbar spine and reduces the pressure on the sit bones. The active movement can be regulated via the new switch function, in two settings.
INDIVIDUAL SADDLE WIDTH
A prerequisite for maximum comfort and relief is the matching saddle width, so that it is ensured that your sit bones lie fully on the saddle. Because only then, the sensitive perineal area in men and the lower pubic arch in women can be properly relieved. Available widths: 18 | 21 | 24 cm
MORE SUPPORT
The raised rear provides additional support to the rear and ensures direct power transmission to the pedal.
COMFORTABLE SITTING POSITION
The contact surface is significantly larger due to the double wave, which means that the sit bones sink in less deeply. In addition, the 621 ERGOLUX® offers more volume in the padding, the foam can thus become slightly softer.
PERINEAL RELIEF
The lower saddle nose in combination with the slight depression in the middle relieves the sensitive perineal area. The flat, only very slightly curved shape of the saddle nose results in a maximum contact surface with correspondingly less pressure.
BACK FRIENDLY
The SQlab active saddle technology enables a physiological co-movement of the pelvis. Spinal discs and facet joints can thus be mobilised.
CONNECTION FOR SADDLE BAGS
With the practical SKS saddle adapter, compatible SKS Click saddle bags can be easily and securely attached under SQlab 621 and 602 saddles (2023 models). Not included with saddle.
